1. Your team mate needs to be able to read your hand when you are checking with a certain suite if he is cutting to reply to your hand
2. When i have king and queen of a non-hokm suite and play king and my teammate has ace, he doesnt top my king which is nice but then if i play my queen he tops my queen with the ace regardless. There is a good possibility that once in a while you can get all 3 hands instead of two.
3. When you have nothing good to play throw down a hokm, the team mate waits till he is all out of other suites before hokm comes in

Its actually pretty good, but they should definitely consult with pros and this could be quite sick. Its all in the details
